NIKKI TANS GIRL ON-LINE RETURN POLICY

Nikki Tans Girl will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days from the date of receipt, accompanied by the exchange slip.  Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

RETURNS


Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.


 We only accept returns or exchanges purchased on-line nikkitansgirl.com. 

Please contact us at orders@nikkitansgirl.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours, during our normal online business hours. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. 


EXCHANGES


Making an Exchange? Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt including gifts for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Exchanges can only be made on the same item purchased. If item is sold out, store credit will be issued. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.

Requested refunds over $350 will be given as store credit.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
